[ It’s Evie on the TC again, this time with her knight with her and she’s grinning while Cal looks… slightly uncomfortable. She has her arm around his shoulders, he has his arm around her waist and she’s watching him with an encouraging look on her face. The backdrop is the kitchen of the Shire, Nebula sitting on the counter behind them as the vibrantly blue and red fox creature eats her breakfast of berries and apples. Occasionally, the antlers of a jackalope appear and the fox creature hisses some, swatting at the antlers that retreat rapidly. And back to her breakfast the fox goes, Evie turning around for a second to watch the pair with a small disapproving huff. Both creatures glance at Evie, and then at each other, and then they decide it’s time to be somewhere else. Even BD-1 agrees, the small droid hopping up on the counter to beep and fwoop and trill at the animals. His town sounds mildly ‘how dare you’ and when the animals are off screen, his sounds are possibly similar to the same tone someone would use to say ‘That’s better.’

This gets a laugh out of Evie and she’s heard to thank the small droid before she turns to look at Cal, kissing him on the cheek. ]

I still really think you should say something. I already told people. Now, you go.

[ Sorry, Cal. Your fiance is stubborn and thinks you should be the one to tell people the big news. In case he needs encouragement, she kisses him for a moment. Something small. No stupid PDA from her. ]

So, uh, I guess we should make it official then? I don’t know, this isn’t the sort of thing anyone I know has done?

[Evie gave Cal a “and… so?” look so he gave a good natured roll of his eyes before turning back to the camera.]

So Evie and I are engaged. To be married. Is that all? Did I do it right?

[ Evie gives Cal a grin, clearly proud of what he’s done, and she nods. With the way she’s looking at him, it’s very obvious Evie thinks the world of him and is completely head over heels for the Jedi. ]

You did. You were great, as usual.

[ She turns to the TC and addresses the town herself, her arm still loose around Cal. ]

We don’t have a date set yet, or anything, but since we know a bunch of you from our time here, we wanted to let you all know.

[ And with that, Evie grins and waves at the TC and turns it off. ]
